La Fontana

Your restaurant in Locarno, in a lively, casual atmosphere with Mediterranean cuisine, attentive to tradition and rich in local products and ingredients.Trendy ambience with an open kitchen and a terrace surrounded by imposing palm trees and lush vegetation.A wide selection of local and international wines to be chosen personally from the elegant showcase.

We prepare delicacies for you all year round, daily from 12.00 to 21.30, during the afternoon the kitchen remains open offering a menu with light dishes and tasty snacks, homemade ice cream and refreshing drinks.

Please note that dogs may accompany you on the terrace but are not allowed inside the La Fontana Restaurant. There are numerous free parking spaces adjacent to the restaurant.

Grotto Al Sasso

Grotto Al Sasso open daily in summer from 12:00 to 19:00.

It is the ideal place to recharge your batteries in the shade of the grape arbour after a day of outdoor activities or relaxing by the pool.

Here you can enjoy snacks and fresh dishes with typical regional ingredients, as well as a wide selection of wines and drinks, surrounded by the greenery of our 1’400 m2 garden.

The Grotto is also accessible to outside visitors via the footpath leading to the Madonna del Sasso. Your four-legged friends can also accompany you from this access.

Bar

Guests can relax in the elegant and intimate atmosphere of the bar or its lounge terrace around the historical fountain. The bar menu features an extensive list of cocktails and drinks made with the freshest and finest ingredients as well as a great selection of Swiss and Ticino wines.
